During my recent stay at Chan-Kah Resort Village, I had the pleasure of witnessing the incredible wildlife that calls this property home. From the top of the trees, I could hear the enchanting sounds of three families of wild howler monkeys. It was such a unique and magical experience! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any request. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, and the cozy and colorful decor in the rooms made me feel right at home. The swimming pools were a highlight, especially the main pool with its beautiful lights at night. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby Palenque ruins, just a short drive away. I had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend Chan-Kah Resort Village to anyone seeking a jungle getaway with all the comforts you desire.

We loved our time here and didn't want to leave!

A beautiful setting surrounded by nature. One evening, as I relaxed by the pool, I was amazed by the sight of toucans flying overhead. The pool area was delightful and provided a peaceful retreat. While my room had a rustic charm, the air conditioning wasn't optimal and the fan was noisy. However, I couldn't deny the excitement of waking up to the calls of howler monkeys in the nearby jungle. The bottled water in the room was refreshing, although there wasn't enough provided for all the guests. The standout during my stay was the waiter, Hebert C Arcos, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Despite some drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Totally quiet and immersed in the jungle of Chiapas. One of the best Resort to enjoy the Mayan culture. Impeccably manicured natural gardens. Great tour service to visit archaeological sites and waterfalls. Variety of dining options. Accessible facilities for guests with disabilities. Set on 42 unspoiled hectares of forest. Yax Bar with the best drinks. Natural lagoon style pools with bar service.

Who needs WiFi in the rooms? I prefer being disconnected from the world and surrounded by nature.

We had an amazing weekend surrounded by beautiful nature and close to the archaeological ruins. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved the swimming pool area, which was a great place to unwind and cool off after a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Chan-Kah Resort! The property is amazing, with a beautiful pool and well-maintained rooms. The location is perfect, close to the Palenque Archaeological Zone. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive. The walking paths on the grounds are great, and the highlight for us was the huge Ceiba tree. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, with howler monkeys and birds adding to the exotic feel. a fantastic experience!

Juste en face d'Ambaria climbing avec une vue panoramique sur Meteora à couper le souffle. Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants, ils nous ont offert de délicieuses spécialités maison qui apparaissaient régulièrement à notre porte. L'appartement est très spacieux et bien chauffé, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en Grèce en avril. La propriété est située au calme entre Kastraki et Kalabaka, mais il suffit de 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre l'une ou l'autre ville si vous souhaitez sortir. Nous avons adoré !

The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and our room, tucked away from the main facilities, offered a beautiful balcony where we could observe and appreciate the local wildlife. The staff, despite some minor language barriers at the front desk, were all pleasant and helpful, promptly attending to any issues or inquiries. The resort's pool was a refreshing treat, and though we weren't certain of its cleanliness, it didn't hinder our enjoyment. The well-prepared food, albeit pricier than nearby options, was satisfying, and the resort's atmosphere indicated that it was a popular destination for affluent Mexican visitors. The resort's location amidst the jungle provided privacy and an authentic, natural experience.

The resort is located very close to the Palenque Ruins, less than 5 km away. The pools are unique and the bungalows are spread out nicely within the resort. The setting is surrounded by beautiful jungle vegetation and the pathways are well-lit. The pool is stunning and well-maintained. The restaurant offers good service, especially from Josue, and the food is enjoyable. There is a Starbucks coffee shop on-site, which is greatly appreciated.

The highlight for them was seeing the hauler monkeys and other native animals around our cabin, which made our stay truly unique. The pool was also a big hit with the kids, they never wanted to leave! The facilities were perfect for chilling out and provided a much-needed rest during our long trip. The location, nestled in the jungle and away from the main road, added to the tranquility. Our accommodation was comfortable and clean, and we loved the beautiful balcony where we could watch and listen to the local wildlife. The cleaning staff were exceptional, ensuring our room was spotless and replacing everything. a wonderful experience!

The hotel's jungle location was amazing, with beautiful surroundings and lots of wildlife. We loved seeing the howler monkeys and parrots right outside our cabin. The swimming pool was also great, perfect for a refreshing dip and hanging out with friends. And being just 1km from the archeological zone/national park was a huge bonus, making it super convenient for exploring and sightseeing.

The breakfast was really limited and not very inspiring, and the internet was hit or miss. We had to constantly switch between different networks and even then, the connection was unreliable.
