This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Secondly, the basic amenities provided, such as shampoo, soap, and towels. Lastly, the location of the hotel in a small alley ensured a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep.

All was great, although a lift would have been a nice addition.

The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbours talking at night. the internet connection was slow at times, which was inconvenient.

Another advantage was the availability of a safe to store my valuables. the hotel's location was key, with bars, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away.

the noise level on the first floor was a bit bothersome, especially when trying to sleep. the windows in my room didn't close easily, allowing some street noise to filter in.
