This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Secondly, the basic amenities provided, such as shampoo, soap, and towels. Lastly, the location of the hotel in a small alley ensured a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep.

All was great, although a lift would have been a nice addition.

The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbours talking at night. , the internet connection was slow at times, which was inconvenient.

I recently spent New Year's at a hotel in Getafe and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing umbrellas when it was raining and ensuring that the room was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Another advantage was the availability of a safe to store my valuables. the hotel's location was key, with bars, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the noise level on the first floor was a bit bothersome, especially when trying to sleep.
