The solo room was small but surprisingly clean and well-designed. The reception staff were super nice and accommodating, even letting me use their desk for hours. The entry hall and elevator were mind-blowingly bright and clean compared to other places. The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, with everything easily reachable. Feeling safe was a huge plus. The room was spotlessly clean and the administrator was extremely helpful and solution-oriented. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was great, within walking distance of everything. The staff was kind and the free luggage storage was a bonus. The 24-hour reception and security added peace of mind. The room was cozy and clean, with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The lift and wheelchair accessibility were very convenient. The no-pets policy and air conditioning ensured a pleasant stay. And of course, the no smoking policy on-site was a breath of fresh air.

The proximity to the metro station on Gran Via makes it easy to travel around the city and explore different neighborhoods. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The thin walls can sometimes make it difficult to get a good night's sleep, as noise from adjacent rooms can be heard.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable! It was situated right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, clubs, and attractions. We were able to walk to all the main sights or easily catch a bus or metro. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to help.

I stayed at Hostal Felipe V for one night during a layover in the city. The perfect location allowed me to easily explore the area and feel right in the middle of everything. The room, facing Via Grande, provided a vibrant atmosphere and was accessible at any time. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the administrator was incredibly helpful, offering transportation information and recommendations for local dining spots.

We had a fantastic stay at the hostal! the location is perfect, right on the main street and just a short walk from the Gran Via Metro Station. Our room, a double bed with a private bathroom, was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. the towels were even changed more often than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. the staff, especially the guy at the entrance, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being able to make a late check-in without any issues. We will definitely choose this place again when we return to the city.

I got excellent value for my money at Hostal Felipe V. The room was small but clean, well-designed, and had a nice balcony facing a quiet street. Plus, they had delicious complimentary Christmas chocolates and goodies at the reception.

Great central location, just a hop skip and jump away from the metro and within walking distance of major attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, especially one lady who went out of her way to assist me with replacing my lost keys. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Slept well without any noise disturbance.

The reception lady made check-in a stressful experience by trying to charge us double for the room. The window in our room didn't close properly, resulting in a lot of noise from the busy street below.
