The hostel had a great location, right by the metro and a 24-hour supermarket, making it convenient for getting around and purchasing anything we needed. the staff was also helpful, calling a taxi for us when we needed one. the QR code for the WiFi worked seamlessly, allowing us to have instant internet access.

That the staff didn't seem very kind or accommodating. Despite letting them know in advance about our early arrival, our room was not ready until much later, causing a significant delay in our check-in process.

The hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a hair dryer, which were really useful. the location was only a few minutes away from the metro station, making it really easy to get around the city. the room had a spacious shower which made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The walls were quite thin, which meant I could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms, making for a noisy and less peaceful stay. the area around the hotel wasn't very lively, which meant there wasn't much to do in the evenings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. With the Cuarto Caminos metro station just a short walk away, I had no trouble exploring the city and seeing all the sights. The convenience of having numerous bus routes nearby was also a huge plus. Secondly, the cleanliness and functionality of the room were top-notch. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the well-maintained entrance to the underground garage with its balcony and own bath. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start my day of exploring. No complaints there!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.
