The hotel was high enough away from the evening entertainment, ensuring a quiet and restful night's sleep. I loved how centrally located it was in the central bay, making it convenient for exploring the area. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent room service. The hotel also offered car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services, making my stay even more convenient. Spent our Xmas holidays at this hotel and had a fantastic time. The staff was absolutely amazing, and the room service impeccable; everything we needed was available in our room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were exceptional, and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. We particularly loved the beach area with its beautiful sunsets, and the daily activities organized by the entertainment team were a lot of fun.

The lack of English-speaking employees was a bit frustrating at times and made it challenging to get information about the local area. the information provided about excursions and other activities was limited, so we had to do a lot of research on our own.
