This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with attention to every detail. The location is perfect, with easy access to the main tourist area. I particularly loved the rooms with balconies, offering great views over the bustling plaza. The breakfast spread was simply divine, with selective treats that made my mornings delightful.

Absolutely nothing negative to say, my stay was flawless.

We had a very enjoyable few days at a hotel in Madrid. The room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the metro and tour buses. We really loved our stay here.

Had an incredible Thanksgiving stay at a hotel that was central to fantastic bars, pastry shops, and shops. the room was remarkably clean and spacious. I was grateful for the tea and coffee makers in the room; it made mornings that much more enjoyable. Being able to walk to excellent tourist attractions was an added bonus. We also appreciated the use of a small fridge in the reception area, and the comfortable seating halfway up the staircase was fantastic.

The only downside of our hotel room was that it overlooked a square that could get a little noisy late at night.
