The hotel is conveniently located close to the corniche and many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and the bathroom was comfortable. The service provided by the staff, especially Mohammed at the reception desk, was exceptional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was delicious.

I recently stayed at Gefinor Rotana for a few nights on a leisure trip. The location is perfect, right at the beginning of Hamra street and close to all the attractions. The staff, especially Mira, were exceptional. They quickly resolved a room issue and upgraded me to a suite. The next day, they welcomed me with smiles and offered me a room with a sea view and added breakfast. The breakfast team and the lady at the desk even helped me get something to eat before closing time. The rooftop pool also offered a beautiful view.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Great value for the money. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and nearby attractions. the rooftop bar and swimming pool provided a breathtaking view of the surroundings. the comfortable rooms and reasonable sized baths added to a pleasant stay.

There were a few negative aspects. the check-in process was a bit slow, with a wait time of about 30 minutes.

We had an amazing experience at Rotana. the check-in process was quick and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our room, although not very big, was comfortable and had a nice sea view. the breakfast was delicious, and the chirping of the birds in the morning was a pleasant wake-up call. Despite the weather, we managed to enjoy some time in the swimming pool and it was quite enjoyable. the level of hospitality from the entire staff, including the porter, kitchen staff, concierge, and especially the manager Mr Ali Lamah, was exceptional. We were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. We will definitely be back.

The hotel's location in the Hamra district was very central and close to everything in the city. The upper floor sea view rooms offered stunning views of the Mediterranean. The hotel also offered convenient PCR testing services for guests requiring it before their flights. this hotel had the best cleanliness, facilities, location compared to similar level hotels in the area.

For us, the air conditioning was a problem. The temperature was set at a boiling 29C and we couldn't find a way to change it.

The staff at Rotana were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready due to an air-conditioning fault, but they quickly provided us with a temporary solution and compensated us with complimentary breakfast and high-speed internet. They also offered us a bottle of wine and a 50% discount on our first night as further compensation. Despite the initial hiccup, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the overall friendliness of the staff made our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
