Staff friendly, perfect location, clean place, beautiful room, Netflix on TV.

The location of Hostal Pio Centro was fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. I loved the quiet and safe atmosphere, with multiple layers of security to enter the building. My room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. I had a great experience at Hostal Pio Centro.

The cleanliness of the towels and floors could have been better. It would be helpful if there was a lock box for check out keys instead of leaving them on the desk.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Madrid. the location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the lively Puerta del Sol. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had the added bonus of a small balcony, perfect for smokers. The attention to detail and amenities, such as the double bed and basic breakfast, made this stay exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Plaza del Sol and Via Grande, and close to the night bus station and the express bus to the airport. Additionally, there was a 24/7 supermarket conveniently located on the same street. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, with a range of amenities such as sockets and USB ports near the bed and a Netflix TV. The staff were also quite helpful and friendly, providing easy check-in/out with a door code and card found in a locked box near the entrance.

There was nothing we didn't like.
