We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful guest house. From the warm welcome to the freshly decorated room, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, with easy car parking available for guests. The guest house is surrounded by a lovely expansive garden, providing a much nicer outlook than the typical paved parking areas along the main road. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including fresh fruits and a Scottish breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great suggestions for exploring the area.

While the smoking policy wasn't clear, it would have been nice to have a designated outdoor smoking area. the bathroom and shower were a bit small and the drainage could have been better.

Ho trascorso una piacevole vacanza in una struttura situata vicinissima alla spiaggia e proprio di fronte al mare. Le stanze e i bagni erano moderni, puliti e profumati, e il personale era gentile e multilingue. Inoltre, la posizione era molto comoda, essendo situata a breve distanza dall'aeroporto.

The Lubnaig Guest House is located in a quiet street just around the corner from a terrific hike with some amazing views of the area. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. The hosts, Francesca and Stefano, go above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and pleasant stay. The breakfast is very good, and guests can also enjoy a glass of their chianti while relaxing in the airy bright conservatory with a view towards the lovely back garden.

Had a great Christmas stay at this guest house! the sitting room with the beautiful view of the yard was perfect for sipping evening tea. the custom English breakfast served in the morning was a treat, with coffee and fresh juice included. the location was also a plus, being a quick stroll away from town. the hosts were kind and easy-going, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Best stay in Scotland! The warm welcome we received was incredible! We felt like family from the moment we arrived. the rooms were beautifully decorated and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds. We loved waking up to the serene atmosphere and the delicious breakfast served in the bright and airy conservatory overlooking the gorgeous garden. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby hiking trails and attractions.

None whatsoever! We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the fantastic food and hospitality.
