We had a great stay at a hostel with an excellent location. It was right in the heart of central Madrid, just a 5-minute walk from Gran Via street. the area felt very safe, especially for us girls, with lots of police around and well-lit streets. There were plenty of corner shops, bars, and food places nearby. the manager was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hostel was clean, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities like free WiFi, air conditioning, and a refrigerator in the bedroom.

Convenient location, walking distance to a lot of places. Super comfy bed. the receptionist was very helpful with giving directions and suggestions for dining and sightseeing.

Room was small, cramped and lacked storage space. the noise from outside could be heard even with the window closed making it hard to sleep.
