I stayed at this family-run hostal for a few days and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was excellent, with a cute balcony and working air conditioning. The location on Calle Leon was perfect, with a supermarket, laundromat, and great breakfast place just steps away. The cleanliness of the hostal was also excellent, and the staff were very friendly. a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Madrid for sightseeing. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions such as the Palace and Prado museum. There were plenty of bars and restaurants in the lively neighborhood, so I never had to use public transportation. The staff, especially the younger man who spoke English, was very helpful. There was also a laundry right across the street and a minimarket nearby with lactose-free and gluten-free products. The hotel was clean and easy to reach from the airport.
