We stayed at a fantastic hostel in the heart of the city. the promo price for the single room was unbeatable, and it was incredibly clean. the bathroom and linens were in excellent condition. the wifi worked well, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the Gran Via metro and the major art museums. the staff even arranged an airport shuttle for us. We will definitely be back!

This hotel ticked every box for our group - clean and tidy rooms, great value for money, and pleasant staff. The location in a quiet neighbourhood was perfect for a good night's sleep, but still centrally located and within walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants.

Had a great new year stay at this hotel! the breakfast buffet was good and I loved the fact that it was included with my room. the staff were friendly and helpful, they even gave us some recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location was perfect, only a few minutes away from the metro and there were plenty of shops and attractions nearby.

The WiFi connection was pretty weak and slow. the noise from the street and the smells from the neighboring kitchen were a bit bothersome, especially in the morning.

The hotel offers a pleasant view of the neighborhood from the big balcony. Additionally, the room temperature is comfortable, providing relief from the heat of the city.

The soundproofing in the rooms is not good, allowing noises from neighboring rooms to be heard.
