I got great value for my money at Diamond Stars. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location by the river and within walking distance to markets and restaurants was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay.

Breakfast delights, but could use more variety for European guests.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was an amazing experience. the hotel offered stunning river views from our room on the higher floors and it was very tranquil. the beds were firm and comfortable with clean and crisp sheets. Plus, the hotel's international breakfast menu had a good variety of options to choose from, including some local dishes. the hotel's location is key, situated in a convenient spot close to many tourist attractions, making it easy to explore.

Although the service provided by most of the staff was good, some staff members in the restaurant area need to improve their English language proficiency. the black-out curtain in our room was not dark enough to keep out the light and disturbed our rest.

Amazing and supportive staff - Tlan, An, and Tan were fantastic! Quality of the room and bathroom was excellent. The hotel was conveniently located. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel helped organize a great tour on the Mekong River with a wonderful local guide, Ms. Diep.

Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions I made. the luxurious amenities provided were beyond my expectations, making my stay even more comfortable. I enjoyed the exclusive indoor swimming pool which was well-maintained and offered me a relaxing time. the restaurant served delicious food with a poolside snack bar that fulfilled my cravings. the private facilities were amazing and had me feeling like a queen.
