Great location close to metro and Gran Via. 24/7 front desk. Helpful staff, comfortable rooms with good beds. Nice shower. AC worked well. Convenient location for shops, bars, and restaurants. Close to Madrid attractions.

We had an amazing stay at the hostel. the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, close to all the popular spots like Gran Via and Sol. the price was reasonable too. the rooms were simple yet impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for a few extra days. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come back to this vibrant city.

Excellent value for your money! We had a cozy room with a brand new bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the center but on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and flexible, even with limited English. The room was well cleaned and had comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel.

Guests found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms and some even offering views of the lively plaza. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful service throughout the stay.

One minor downside reported by guests was a slight smell in the room when opening the window, which may have been attributed to a nearby restaurant.

The hotel is situated in a very central location, right in the heart of the city. I loved how close it was to the city center and the convenience of having the subway nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities such as a private bathroom and a window with a view of the lively Plaza de Carmen. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that our stay was pleasant. I also appreciated the option of having breakfast at nearby cafes, adding to the overall value for money.

I had a great stay at this pension in Madrid. Hostal Triana is a good value option situated in a fantastic location between Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. Despite being in the heart of the city, the street was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the room had a large bed, a good bathroom, and efficient air conditioning. the pension is relatively large, yet there was no disturbance from late-night revellers. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable accommodations and excellent location.

The Wi-Fi was fast and had a strong signal, even in my room. the staff was friendly and helpful, and recommended some great local restaurants. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from major attractions and plenty of shops.

The rooms were small and cramped, with outdated decor and uncomfortable beds. the bathroom was tiny and there was barely enough space to move around.

We had a great stay at a centrally located hotel just off Gran Via. the room we were given was a twin instead of a single, which was a nice surprise as it gave us more space. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all helpful and efficient. the location was amazing, within walking distance of the main museums and other attractions. We highly recommend this hotel!
