Conveniently located in the heart of Santa Cruz, within walking distance of major landmarks and attractions. the staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for dining options and attractions to visit.

The rooms were basic and lacking in some amenities. We found the lack of a fridge in the room particularly inconvenient, as well as the mattresses being less comfortable than desired.

The value for money at Alcantara was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was ideal for exploring the sights. The staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful throughout our stay.

We were thrilled with our spacious and clean room, complete with two large windows overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The bathroom had two sinks and a separate room with a full bathtub and toilet, perfect for our family with small children. We also appreciated the kind staff who allowed us to grab some to-go breakfast items when we had to leave early in the morning.

We felt incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon this hotel and experienced nothing but exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always ready to provide helpful information and advice.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room with a view of the cathedral bell tower. Perfect location in the old town with tapas bars nearby. Good-sized rooms, free wifi and delicious buffet breakfast available. Enjoyed the fabulous flamenco show and free day-long tea and coffee in the foyer.

Conveniently located near popular attractions, this small but well-equipped room had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Bathroom had a large mirror and the bed had a reading light. Good Wi-Fi and complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.

We stayed at Hotel Alcantara for a short trip to explore the historic downtown area. The location was perfect, just blocks away from the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace. The 24-hour front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the communication was excellent. The continental breakfast served in the pretty courtyard was a nice touch, and the free lobby coffee was a great perk. The rooms were comfortable, with good beds, clean sheets, and strong showers. The reliable WIFI and included desk were also appreciated. The neighborhood was charming, with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby that stayed open late. it was an excellent value and we would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful Christmas stay in Seville! the hotel's location was fantastic – it was just a short walk away from all the major attractions, cafes, and restaurants. the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the room was larger than I expected, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the room was quite small and lacked sufficient space for storing my luggage and clothing.

Stayed at Alcantara for 3 nights on a romantic getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the location tucked away in charming alleys. The attention to detail with bathroom toiletries was impressive. Free coffee and tea in the main hall was a nice touch. The A/C and shutters ensured a comfortable and dark room for a good night's sleep. The hotel was surprisingly quiet despite its central location. a perfect stay for us!
