Celebrating New Year in this hotel was a great experience! the location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and just a short walk to public transportation. the room was clean and cozy, and we loved the fact that the hotel offered free breakfast every morning! the rooftop terrace had amazing views of the city.

The Wi-Fi in the room was not very strong and would often cut out. the noise from the street was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Our room at Aparthotel Augusta was incredibly spacious, with two separate bedrooms that provided privacy for both our children and ourselves. The modern and clean outlook was very impressive. Each day, the room was meticulously cleaned. The location was also convenient, with the metro station just a few minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We found Aparthotel Augusta to be conveniently located near the metro station and in a good area for families. The beds, sheets, and pillows were comfortable, and the towels were fluffy and large. The bathroom was clean with ample hot water. The air conditioning kept the rooms at a comfortable temperature. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Our only issue was that the cleaning service was not as thorough as we expected. They only emptied the kitchen bin and changed a few towels, leaving the toilet dirty on one occasion.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had a quiet room for my husband's recovery. The apartment was excellent, clean and comfortable with resolved electricity issues. Great service overall.
