The staff were just so lekker! Gabby was like that chommie who remembers your name and makes you feel right at home. And the executive suite? Flippen spacious, perfect for my family! Loved the holiday cookies in the lobby, such a nice touch!

Only downside was the water pressure in the shower – could've used a bit more oomph, you know?

Upon checking in, I found the room to be noisy due to heavy traffic outside, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, I experienced a significant delay with housekeeping, not receiving cleaning service for two consecutive days and needing to request it myself. Finally, the front desk staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, which left me feeling quite frustrated and overlooked during my stay.

Request a room away from the pool area to avoid noise from children. Parking in busy times can be challenging, plan accordingly.

i loved everything about my king room with sofa bed at courtyard. the bathroom felt so luxurious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. also, being close to mountain view made it easy to get around. the tv even welcomed me by name, which was a nice touch!

The management should really work on communicating maintenance schedules!!! Additionally, the cleanliness of the carpets and the state of the air-conditioning units could use immediate attention!!! It felt more shabby than charming!!!

It is a modern hotel with thoughtful ventilation fans in bathrooms and a cozy sofa sitting area, and great staff service!

i had the most unremarkable stay at this 'fancy' hotel. water turned off for maintenance at 11pm? how considerate! i woudl ve expected to be informed at check-in. also, where's my room upgrade for being such a lovely guest? a true disappointment, almost gave a good review, but nope, couldn't! let down, truly!

I found a gem of tasty delights at the small cafe—definitely a breakfast spot not to be missed if you have time! The rooms were clean and quiet, creating a nice atmosphere for a restful stay.

However, I checked in late on 2023-06-30 and was frustrated to discover there was no water in the room due to maintenance, but no one mentioned it at check-in! I had to buy water for $20 at the front desk. A little communication would have made a big difference!

This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar/lounge area. The staff even helped with local taxi recommendations during my first stay. I’ll definitely return for another weekend!

It was just a solid fit for a quick stay in Sunnyvale at a good price. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. they even assisted me in accessing my emails when I had trouble at check-in. If you can, try to get a room away from the pool to avoid the noise from kids playing.
