I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the well-maintained grounds to the spotless fitness center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of equipment in the fitness center and a relaxing hot tub. The location in a residential neighborhood really close to the airport was incredibly convenient, as I didn't hear any noise from traffic or airplanes. The staff was friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread in the spacious dining area was wonderful, and I loved how the tables were nicely spread out.

Great location for exploring the Basque region. Upgraded room with a huge terrace. Very clean and well-maintained accommodation. New, beautifully decorated building. Large, comfortable beds with blackout blinds. Helpful and friendly staff.

My stay at Bidaia Boutique was absolutely wonderful. The spacious and comfortable room had a beautiful blend of modern amenities and charming old-world architecture. The large windows and automated blinds provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. I loved riding their complimentary bicycles to the nearby beaches and the old town. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Surfers Beach and the bustling city center. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel warmly welcomed. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with a comfortable bed, electric blackout blinds, and a well-planned bathroom. The hotel's new and beautifully decorated ambiance added to the overall delightful experience. Despite minor issues like a stain on the wall and a forgotten hair clip, these did not affect the overall enjoyment of my stay. The location was perfect, nestled in the garden of a charming house just a short walk from the center. We loved being surrounded by great bars and having easy access to Zurriola beach. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the hill. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast served on the sunny terrace was delicious.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the center, but there is a frequent bus service available if needed.

My xmas stay here was fantastic! the spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom was just what I needed. the location was key, with the town center and beaches just a bike ride away, which I could rent for free at the hotel. the staff were so warm and welcoming, accommodating all my requests. I also liked the modern facilities and charming decor, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything wrong with my stay here. I enjoyed the peaceful and quiet environment, even though it was located near a big road.
