Located in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions, this hotel was a great base for our Christmas holiday. the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. the evening meal was a highlight of the stay, offering a delicious insight into the local cuisine. the room was clean and comfortable and there were two complementary services offered that added value to our experience.

The rooftop terrace bar had amazing views of the plaza and Alcazar. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. the beds were super comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of work. the breakfast offered a good selection of continental options, including yogurt, fruit, cereals, coffee, and tea.

As trekkers and group of friends, we loved the excellent rooms with all necessary amenities. The small balcony provided great views. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city.
