As a couple, we enjoyed the friendly staff, convenient location, and excellent Italian dinner. The beds were comfortable, showers had good pressure, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, just across the bridge from Basel's famous art museum. It is very close to the city center and conveniently situated in front of a tram stop that easily connects you to the main train station in just 10 minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, including delicious fruit salad and freshly baked croissants. The staff provided efficient service and were always ready to assist.

Some guests mentioned that the shower had a broken fitting and was a bit low.

We arrived early and our rooms were ready, thanks to the attentive staff. The modern room had a good size closet for storage and great windows that kept noise out. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The location was convenient for walking by the River Rhine and using the free Basel City Pass. The Italian restaurant on the lower level served amazing food. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with super comfy bedding that made for a perfect night's sleep. The staff were very helpful and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The location was fantastic, just a short walk over the bridge into the old town. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options to start the day off right.

The hotel's central location near the river and train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring Basel on foot. the inclusion of a free travel pass allowed for easy access to public transportation, although we found we didn't need it due to the hotel's prime location. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions at breakfast. the hotel's own restaurant served delicious meals, which we ended up enjoying daily. the hotel provided a comfortable and clean room. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Basel.

Great value for the money! the location was ideal - it was so easy to get around the city with the tram and bus stops right outside. Plus, the room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom was very nice. I appreciated having two complementary items offered, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hallways were a bit dark and the elevator was a bit tricky to use. when I had the window open, it was a bit noisy at times.
