This boutique hotel had a great location within walking distance to all historic attractions, the cathedral, and some delicious restaurants. The clean and spacious room with its large bathroom and high ceilings was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met, even arranging picnics for early checkouts and free champagne to apologize for any inconvenience. The small terrace offered a great view of the city.

The hotel lacked coffee makers in the rooms, but the staff was more than willing to provide coffee in the restaurant.

Breakfast disappointing, better options nearby.

We absolutely loved staying at this venue! It is situated in the heart of the city center with narrow streets and a perfect view from the bed of an opposite wall. We were impressed with the location in an old palace, which added to the charm and uniqueness of our stay. The service was amazing, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire. Plus, the airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance were very convenient. The in-room amenities such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and free toiletries were also impressive.

We recently stayed at Palacio Pinello for a few nights and couldn't be happier. This charming hotel, located in the heart of the old city, was the perfect base for exploring. The staff were exceptional, offering friendly and efficient service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to assist with restaurant recommendations, airport transfers, and even helping us skip the long queues at popular tourist sites. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, with a touch of history in the original 15th-century wooden ceilings. We also loved the rooftop bar for relaxing evenings.

The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which seemed a bit erratic at times. However, the staff was always ready to help, and it could have been our device that was causing the issue.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean, tasteful, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, with all the tourist spots and good restaurants nearby. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the Superior Room we stayed in was top-notch. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historical center with everything within a short walk. The staff at reception were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any issues.
