Loved the free snorkeling equipment and the beautiful beach. the all-inclusive food was also very good.

The transfer fee was not mentioned upfront and was a surprise cost. the staff was not very helpful in resolving this issue.

the service was impeccable, and the spa and wellness centre fulfilled all my needs. the treatment room was top-notch and the full body massage left me feeling refreshed. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were perfect for my relaxing holiday. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, including special diet menus. the private facilities were exceptional and the location advantages were impressive.

The only minor issue I encountered at this hotel was that the entertainment options were lacking in comparison to other luxury hotels. the beauty treatments, such as the manicure, were exceptional and made up for this shortfall.
