The new year experience at this hotel was great. The staff was amazing, always with a smile on their faces. They provided complimentary champagne bottles to all guests. The hotel is located near the beach and close to shops, which made it convenient to enjoy the local attractions. The indoor pool was well-maintained, providing a fantastic swimming experience.

The menu had no vegetarian options, and the snack bar only offered tuna, cheese, and ham sandwiches during the afternoon. The pool was somewhat small, and the sun umbrellas had to be closed by 6 pm, making it challenging to find relief from the hot sun.

I recently stayed at Buganvilla & Spa in Morro Jable for a week-long vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like cherished guests. The spacious and clean rooms were equipped with new furniture. The food was exceptional, with a special paella event that included sangria and live entertainment. The restaurant's terrace offered stunning ocean views and no waiting time. The breakfast variety was impressive, and the freshly squeezed orange juice machine was a delightful touch. The friendly and attentive staff, along with the warm swimming pool and excellent WIFI signal, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location near shopping areas was another plus. I highly recommend Buganvilla & Spa and can't wait to return.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with new furniture. The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to shopping areas and a bus stop. We also enjoyed the exceptional food, with a variety of options offered daily. The terrace with an ocean view was a great spot to relax and enjoy meals without waiting in long queues.

Between 3pm and 6:30pm, there were no vegetarian snacks available except for cake. We also found that many dishes contained hidden non-vegetarian ingredients, making it difficult to find suitable meals.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to the bus stop. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the paella cooked outside and the beautiful terrace with ocean views. The swimming pool was great for the kids, and the extended checkout was a nice bonus. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to visit again!
