I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated on the old city walls and right next to the old town. It is easily accessible by car and offers free parking. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me in getting into hard to see wineries. The breakfast provided was a feast and the views from the dining area were amazing. Additionally, the hotel is located in a public park, making it a peaceful and enjoyable environment.

I couldn't be happier with the value for my money at Castillo El Collado. The room was gorgeous, with a large bathroom and a jacuzzi. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village with stunning views of snow-capped mountains. The staff, especially Ana the manager, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

Loved the charming and unique rooms with local character. The views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent in the hotel memorable. The outstanding service from the staff, especially Javier and Raphael, really made us feel like royalty. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful walking trails and close to the town center. a truly enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

That the twin beds were slightly uncomfortable and creaky. there were some issues with noise, particularly from a nearby bar and a school next door.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were elegantly decorated and had beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The onsite restaurant provided delicious meals, especially the croquettes with leeks and the lamb. the extensive wine list offered a great selection for wine enthusiasts.

The lack of road access and parking facilities at the hotel. We had to park our car in town and walk with our suitcases to the hotel.

The lack of an elevator may pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues.

We stayed at Castillo El Collado for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location overlooking vineyards and mountains was breathtaking, and there was even a charming walking trail nearby. The views from the tower were stunning, and the entire town was easily walkable. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we loved the added bonus of a massage chair in our room. Would recommend this hotel!
