We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The location was perfect, tucked away from the busy Overseas highway in Key Largo, providing a quiet and secluded atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool, a private beach overlooking the water, and a dock with hammocks, ping pong, kayaks. The cleanliness of the suite was impeccable, and the attention to detail in the landscaping was evident with signs for a diverse collection of plants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and ensuring our needs were met. The continental breakfast offered each morning was delicious, a great start to our day of exploring.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ciudadela for work and it was a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with two single beds that provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, although not extensive, and the wifi worked perfectly. The receptionist was a friendly and enthusiastic lady who spoke perfect English and provided useful additional information. The hotel has reserved parking in a nearby public garage, which was convenient and had a great entrance. this hotel provided excellent value for the price and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.
