The staff were very helpful and friendly, with attention to detail in the basic amenities like comfortable beds, a large wardrobe, a safe, and a TV. The rooms were quiet, ensuring a great sleep.

Noisy and ineffective air conditioning.

The hotel's location was very convenient, surrounded by shops and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The bathroom in our room was equipped with excellent lighting and an amazing power shower.

We encountered bed bugs in our room which was a huge disappointment during our romantic escape. The carpets in our room were dirty, old, and disgusting which made us feel uncomfortable.
