This hotel is located in the center of the old city, making it a perfect base for exploring Valencia. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast had many options and quality products.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of town. The location is ideal, right in the centre of the old city, close to everything. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need, including a very comfortable bed. The breakfast has many options to choose from, with different prices, and I particularly loved that it was included in the stay.

Exceptional location in the heart of the city, which made it easy to walk everywhere. the breakfast was delicious, and offered a generous a la cart menu. the staff were very friendly and always went the extra mile to provide insightful tips for activities and places to visit in the city. the small bar on site served great food and offered a complementary drink upon arrival. the room was modern, impeccably clean, and had lovely decor that created a posh atmosphere. the room had a kettle with tea/coffee, a mini-fridge, rain shower, large Samsung TV with digital streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and Plex.

The pillows in the room were too hard, and I wasn't provided with a blanket which made things uncomfortable due to high temperatures outside. the rooftop terrace was small and couldn't accommodate a lot of guests at once, making it a little crowded at times.

There were some roadworks happening outside the hotel during my stay, which made it a bit noisy during the day and prevented me from enjoying the bar area outside. However, the double glazing in the bedroom effectively blocked out the noise.

Fabulous stay in the heart of Old Town! The location was perfect, just steps away from the central square. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the street. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. The only downside was that the floor in our room was a bit dirty. Despite this, we had a fantastic time. Thank you for everything!

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The room was stylish, clean, and had all the modern amenities we needed. The location in the heart of the city was perfect for exploring, with attractions and transportation options just a stone's throw away. The staff, especially Tonis from the reception, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even treating us to a birthday surprise during our stay. The common terrace on the 7th floor provided a beautiful view of the city rooftops.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more kid-friendly options, but there were still enough choices to find something to eat.

There were a few minor issues with the room, such as the lack of a toilet brush and a roll holder near the toilet. the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and additional choices seemed to come at a reduced portion size.
