The hotel is brand new with clean rooms and helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy road. Breakfast selection is excellent. Convenient location near a popular mall.

During my stay here, I really appreciated how the staff provided exceptional service from check-in to check-out. I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating they were and how they offered a welcome drink upon arrival. This place is also situated in a great location on a main road that made it easily accessible. Additionally, the soundproofed rooms were a huge plus; I barely heard any noise from outside or my neighbors. On top of that, the room I stayed in was generously-sized and had ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a sitting area which were all very convenient.

This venue is a great option for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Place for three nights while visiting Edmonton. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with the West Edmonton Mall and other great shopping options nearby. The rooms were spacious and had a separate bedroom and couch area, which made them feel very cozy and home-like. The continental breakfast provided each morning was delicious, with slight variations that kept it interesting. We also enjoyed a tasty dinner at the lobby bar, where the food and drinks were top-notch.

Great hotel experience. Loved the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect for us, close to West Edmonton Mall. We had a problem with the sliding bathroom doors, but the staff quickly moved us to another room. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel that was close to everything we needed. The location was quiet and close to the mall, which was perfect for us. The hotel is conveniently located near West Edmonton Mall, with lots of shopping areas and restaurants around it as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is ample parking available. The hotel offers a nice breakfast buffet for Hyatt members and has a bar in the lobby. The staff at the front desk provide great service, and the hotel is easily accessible from the Henday Ring Road.

The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for families with children.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, right along 100 Avenue! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and had most things you need in a hotel room, including an extra pull-out bed for kids. I also appreciated that breakfast was included and had hot items to choose from.

The view from our room was breathtaking and the staff were very friendly. We appreciated the complementary bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the hotel was well situated and it was easy to walk to nearby attractions.

The breakfast menu was limited and not up to our standards. the lack of attention to detail in the deep cleaning could have been improved.
