The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The portions and taste of the food were very good. The beach and facilities were always kept clean.

We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of food at the hotel. The selection at the buffet was good, with the menu changing daily, and the breakfast options were varied. The specialty restaurants also exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed trying different cuisines. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Juan, Tamara, Carlos, Tito. The location of the hotel was amazing, with beautiful views of the sea and a stunning beach. The pool area was also fantastic, with great facilities.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service from the team was exceptional, with everyone being attentive, helpful, and kind. The front desk staff, including Tito, Sixto, Osiel, Jesus, Russell. As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find a wide range of delicious food options at the buffet, specialty restaurants, sushi bar, and burger grille. Even room service exceeded our expectations with its tasty offerings. The preferred club membership was definitely worth it, as it provided access to a private pool area, top-shelf drinks, and a lounge with great food. The pool area itself was fabulous, with multiple pools to choose from, and we particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the adults-only pool. The staff throughout the resort were always friendly and ready to assist, and we never had trouble finding a drink by the pool. the facilities and amenities were excellent, providing us with a fantastic vacation experience.

Excellent oceanfront location and pricing, offering a wide range of 5-star amenities. Staff were extremely hospitable, with Bo and Lizette providing outstanding service by the pool. Spectacular views from our 7th floor terrace and pool. Well-maintained property with great entertainment options. Delicious dining experiences at Moonlight and Careyes. Embrace the Mexican charm and enjoy your stay!

The staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was enjoyable, dinner at Benazua was delicious, off season perks included quick drink service and uncrowded facilities.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the beach and offers multiple wifi areas, ensuring that guests have no problem staying connected. Engaging activities are available, encouraging guests to participate. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the Caribbean. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food.

There is one area of the hotel that could use improvement.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Nice pools. All-inclusive with plenty of dining and drinking options. Score bar for evening fun. Helpful advice on transportation options.

Felt really welcomed, no complaints at all.

My stay at Now Emerald was fantastic. The French restaurant was a highlight, and the views of the sunset were breathtaking. The pool area was always lively and the drinks were great. I would recommend the hotel.

The complimentary drinks upon arrival were nice and the location near several shops and restaurants was convenient. the little beach area was enjoyable.

It smelled musty and was in dire need of updating. The pool area was also cramped and difficult to maneuver through.

Great value for money. The hotel located on a stunning white sand beach and beautiful crystal blue water, with plenty of basic amenities. Rooms featured a Jacuzzi on the deck, 2 Queen sized beds, a balcony and working AC. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was very attentive.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location on the beautiful white sand beach with crystal blue water was amazing! The service provided by the staff was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the room service, car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, bicycle hire. In addition, the room amenities like the air conditioning, mini-bar, sitting area, in-room safe, patio, and garden furniture were great! The snack bar, poolside bar, and dining restaurants were also fantastic!

This place is recommended to everyone who wants to have a great time.

Great food and drink options, private beach access, no crowds, convenient location, easy check-in process and friendly staff.

We had a truly luxurious stay here, with exclusive amenities that were well worth it. The staff couldn't do enough for us, providing amazing service from the moment we arrived. There are plenty of outdoor amenities to enjoy, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and beach access just steps away. With its own night club and live entertainment, there's always something going on to keep us entertained.

The only minor issue was the indoor swimming pool being closed for maintenance during our stay. However, given how much there was to enjoy elsewhere, this had little impact on our overall experience.
