Clean and comfortable room, with a spotless bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the window had a weather shade to block out the morning sun. The staff was helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. The location near Plaza Mayor was convenient for exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the middle of a charming old town. The location was perfect, and I was able to park my car conveniently next door within the pedestrian area with the help of the friendly hotel staff. Despite the pictures of the room looking nicer than it actually was and the bed being a bit uncomfortable, I found it to be good value for money considering the price and location. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

The location of Emperatriz I was perfect, right in the heart of the city's cultural heritage. We could easily walk to the beautiful Plaza Mayor and explore the numerous Spanish restaurants and stores nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed that was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing us with great advice and making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only suggestion I have to improve the breakfast experience would be to offer a wider variety of items.
