The hotel's cleaning policy of only offering room service upon request may not be ideal for some guests who prefer regular maintenance during their stay.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a nice hotel ambiance. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good selection and plentiful options. we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation options, and the central location of this hotel.

The hotel also offered a variety of leisure facilities such as a fitness centre and a jacuzzi, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. Location and breakfast. Had a weekend stay in the city center. the hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the bus stop. Breakfast was definitely a highlight with an excellent selection of hot and cold options.

Poor lighting and room amenities. it was an average stay with some downsides.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. From check-in to breakfast, their energy and attention to detail were top-notch. the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of options and a very engaged crew serving and clearing the tables. One aspect that stood out was the personal touch of a guy going around serving fresh baked cakes.

One strange policy at the hotel was that room cleaning was only done upon request. If you didn't explicitly ask for it, no cleaning or towel changes were done.
