This place is a true gem. It is located right on the beach with wonderful sea view rooms. I was in awe of the stunning view I had from my balcony. The location is unbeatable, and it made my stay even more enjoyable. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly bell staff to the attentive housekeeping team. They made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided in the room were excellent, with everything from an ironing facility to a cozy sitting area. I also appreciated the in-room air conditioning, which kept me cool during the hot summer days.

While the overall service was excellent, there was one member of staff who could benefit from some additional customer service training. However, this small issue did not overshadow the wonderful experience I had at this hotel.

The back gate of the hotel was very convenient as it led directly to the promenade. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a wonderful location. It was so central to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The pool was fantastic, and I was able to enjoy a swim every day. The selection of food was good, although a bit plain at times. However, I took the opportunity to eat out at some of the wonderful restaurants nearby a couple of times. I had a great stay and would definitely consider returning.

The superior room on the 4th floor was fantastic with a beautiful view. The breakfast and lunch options were plentiful and the service in the dining room was impeccable. The evening entertainment, especially the disco night and four tenors performance, was brilliant. The animation team during the day was funny and friendly. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with constant cleaning throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Costa Teguise.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach where we enjoyed snorkeling and even visited the nearby waterpark. The staff were friendly and always made us laugh, especially in the restaurant. Our room was great with a clean bathroom and a fantastic view from the balcony. The breakfast spread was delicious and there were plenty of sun loungers by the pool.

The internet access was a bit problematic and we had to pay for it.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is situated on a decked area, so close to many other bars where there was entertainment for most tastes. it is just a short walk to the Canary Islands and to a great sandy beach within a sheltered cove, making it perfect for snorkeling.
