rooms are smaller than expected!!! Glitchy Wi-Fi connectivity can be annoying!!! Limited options for large groups can make planning difficult!!! Parking arrangements need improvement!!! Housekeeping service could be more consistent!!!

We love how this hotel is situated right in the center, close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The modern room design and immaculate cleanliness make for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring all our family needs are met, including providing a hair straightener for convenience.

However, the breakfast options could be more diverse.

Impressive room, impressive shower, complemented by a friendly staff member who helped us with dinner reservations and an incredibly convenient location just 9 km from the nearest airport, making it perfect for weekend explorers.

The rooms are smaller than expected!!! Preparing for some serious noise from both inside and outside the hotel is crucial!!! Occasionally, housekeeping could have done a better job!!! Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent!!! Parking arrangements were frustrating!!!

our stay at helen berger boutique was fantastic! the hotel is right in the center, with shops and coffee spots just a stroll away. everything was beautifully decorated, and the double room had all the essentials. the staff, especially minerva and victoria, were super attentive. the breakfast was a real treat too, with delicious options like scrambled eggs on toast. we felt so welcomed!

i wish parking was easier to manage.

Rooms were smaller than hoped, but the staff were choice and breakfast was top-notch. Loved having a solid hair dryer in the room! Chur for that!

the shower experience was amazing. but the noise from outside was a bit annoying. the staff were friendly and responsive on whatsapp. the restaurant had tasty food and room service was convenient. loved the amenities in the room.
