We were initially hesitant to book with Indigo, but our stay proved us wrong. The room was nicely finished, quiet, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel despite a minor issue with the pool bar canopy.

We love the central location of this hotel, it's right in the heart of everything and close to all the action. The shaded area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the morning while being shielded from the noise of the busy streets here. The staff are friendly, and the service is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and airport shuttle available at an extra cost. The rooms are modern and have all the amenities one could need, including a terrace, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV.

Highly recommended to family and friends, especially for those who appreciate great service and a comfortable room.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Madrid for a short shopping trip. The hotel was easily accessible from the airport via the metro, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The bedroom had everything the brochure described, and the breakfast included hot and cold options with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooftop terrace with sunbeds and a great view was a nice bonus. The staff was very helpful, and the WiFi in the room was excellent.

As adventure travelers, we loved the attention to detail and modern amenities provided by Hotel Indigo. The portable phone/device for exploring the city was a game changer, and the Nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water in the room were a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond, providing assistance with tickets, directions, and even loaning us umbrellas during the rain. The rooftop area and bar, although closed during our stay, looked amazing. We also appreciated the cozy and trendy atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The hotel offered two complementary vouchers for drinks at the bar, and it was located conveniently close to two metro stations and plenty of shops and restaurants. the room was equipped with a fridge, which was a useful feature during hot weather.

The service could have been improved. One male receptionist was rude and unhelpful in regards to the complementary vouchers, and the rooftop pool was closed for a private event.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the popular sites. We were able to easily walk to the Plaza Mayor and the Grand Via from here. The room we had was bright and funky, with a beautiful mural of the city behind the bed. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a cool sound system. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety to choose from. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, which had a stunning view of the city.

The noise from the neighboring buildings, but other than that, it was a perfect stay.

The room had a jaw-dropping ambience with modern furnishings and relaxing lighting. The facilities were super, including a robe, coffee machine, and luxurious bathroom amenities. The shower was fab and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The gym was mind-blowing, modern, clean, and well-equipped. The hot chocolate in the bar was a pleasant surprise! The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to major attractions and nice restaurants/bars. The bathroom was a good size, with an impressive shower and great water pressure. The room was cleaned daily and the fresh towels were a nice touch. The pool and bar area were amazing, a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, with special thanks to Maite Carrero at the reception. The roof-top bar was a real asset, perfect for a drink, sunbathing, and enjoying the pool. They even left a sweet gesture for my friend's birthday with a bottle of wine and a kind message. I would definitely visit again.

The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. One great perk is the luxurious bathroom amenities provided by Zenology, which have a delightful scent.

One minor downside mentioned by some guests is the ongoing construction work in the area, which can be a bit noisy at times.
