Great location along our France-Portugal route, making it super convenient for a Christmas stopover. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the modern bathroom and the fact that there were power outlets on both sides of the bed. The hotel's gas station in front was a bonus for refuelling before continuing our journey.

Breakfast itself was not the best, but considering the hotel's budget status, it was reasonable. the positives outweighed the negatives.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located on the outskirts of town, it provides a quiet escape from the city center while still being conveniently close. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms on the second floor with the bunk beds opened up provide a unique and functional space, perfect for families or groups traveling together. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice perk that adds to the overall positive experience.

Although not perfect, the hotel as a whole exceeded expectations.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the motorway, making it easy to continue our journey back to Portugal. there was a large shopping complex nearby, providing us with plenty of options for shopping and dining. the hotel was not far from Burgos city center, allowing us to explore the city easily.

One negative aspect was the attitude of the person in the cafeteria who was unhelpful and unfriendly.

Las Terrazas provided a great value for money accommodation. the hotel is located outside the city center, offering good access by car or other forms of transport. the rooms were very clean and the beds were lovely. the food at the on-site bar was delicious, and the young waitress who spoke English was very nice and helpful.

Room was nicely decorated and comfortable with a great view of the city. Location was perfect as it was easy to explore the area on foot and there were plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. Also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from including fresh fruit and pastries.

The noise level was unbearable during my stay which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. the walls were thin and I could hear everything going on in the hallway and adjacent rooms.

During my stay at Hotel Las Terrazas, I had a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional service I received. One particular incident stood out – when I needed to book an appointment for an RTPCR test for my flight, the receptionist went above and beyond to assist me. Without her help, navigating the process with my limited Spanish would have been challenging. I was truly grateful for her support, which made a significant difference to my stay in Burgos. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight, bustling with workers from the surrounding industrial area.

We had a pleasant stay at Las Terrazas. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and comfortable bed. the hotel is conveniently located near main motorways, making it easy to find and ideal for those traveling between Madrid and Santander for ferries. the hotel also offers plenty of parking and has a busy restaurant and bar attached, which we enjoyed. the staff were friendly and the prices were very reasonable. a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay.
