We had a pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel with kind and helpful staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel had a lovely terrace and swimming pool on the rooftop with stunning views. The location was convenient, near the bus station and in the center of town. There were also many restaurants in the neighborhood.

I had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. The room may have been basic, but it was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect - just a five-minute walk from the seafront and close to shops, cafes, and bars. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with a great variety of hot and cold options. I also loved the rooftop terrace with its stunning views of the sea and hills. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was such a delightful experience. the views from the rooftop terrace were absolutely breathtaking. I could see the entire city and the beautiful Teide volcano in the distance. Secondly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was centrally located and within walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. Lastly, I really enjoyed the lounge bar area. It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. the breakfast offered at the hotel was not very tasty.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was really close to the bus stop, making it convenient for us to travel around. It was also within walking distance of all the attractions in town, which made exploring the city center very easy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we were especially impressed with how they had designated areas to dry our beach towels and swimwear after a day at the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and we enjoyed having our evening meals at the hotel too.

The hotel is in an excellent position, near the bus station and within five minutes' walk away from the seafront. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good sized modern bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast includes various food options and is a wonderful introduction to typical Canarian cuisine.

This hotel was a great choice for our visit to Tenerife. The location was fantastic, right beside bus stops and surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast options were fantastic and changed daily. We especially enjoyed the samba music on Saturday night.

The breakfast was quite nice, especially the delicious small pizzas. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel had a fantastic big room with a nice bathroom and a huge balcony. It was also located in a very central location close to key attractions, which made it convenient to explore the city.

The hotel felt quite old and not well refurbished, which made the room look a bit poor. the sofa in the room had an unpleasant smell, and it would have been useful if there was a small fridge for storing drinks and snacks.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Puerto Del a Cruz and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with the hotel being right in the centre of town and close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the stunning view from the rooftop terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
