I stayed at a hotel with a great location, close to public transport and a 24/7 supermarket nearby. The rooms were modern, clean, and had good Wi-Fi. I appreciated the free coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the amazing breakfast for only 6 euros. The hotel had a comfortable and quiet atmosphere, with great air conditioning and an elevator. The reception staff were amazing and made me feel at home.

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at Mayerling. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even better. The location was excellent, close to lively Plaça del Sol but still on a quiet street. The subway stations nearby made it easy to explore the city. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was a standout feature. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of chocolate on our last night. We will definitely choose Mayerling again and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, providing us with helpful information and ordering taxis for us. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was excellent, with easy access to all the main sites. We rarely needed to use public transportation.

We stayed at Mayerling for a few days and it was perfect for exploring the city. The location was great, within walking distance of everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ricardo who went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. And the free coffee was a nice perk. a really pleasant stay.

Simple breakfast, clean room with great shower. Front desk staff friendly and English-speaking. Good quality stay compared to other hotels in Spain. Comfortable beds, AC, rain shower with good water pressure. Cold cuts, pastries, cereals, cheese, churros for breakfast. Central location, quick walk to plaza mayor. Friendly and efficient staff, free luggage storage and comfortable waiting area. Would return.

The hotel offered complimentary coffee and water throughout the day, which was a great perk. The coffee was strong and delicious! The location was also fantastic, with key attractions within walking distance. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist with any issues or questions we had.

One drawback was the room service, which always came in the afternoon, making it inconvenient if you wanted to rest after lunch. the bathroom setup was a bit peculiar, with little privacy during hygiene time.

I traveled with my wife, while I was working, she was enjoying the city. Mayerling's excellent location, right next to a metro station, made it easy for her to explore. The staff were very knowledgeable and the room was cleaned every day. The high ceilings in the room made it feel spacious despite its small size. Free coffee and tea were a nice touch, and the breakfast had a good variety. The staff's kindness was truly exceptional, making our stay wonderful.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is in the heart of Madrid, close to many attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and modern, with sleek decor. The ensuite bathrooms have interesting features such as colored light shows and glass walls , adding to the unique experience. The breakfast is nicely presented, offering a variety of options including fresh fruit and muesli.

Some guests reported a faint sewage smell in the room at times, which may have affected their stay.
