This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the port area and the lively town center. You can easily explore the main bars and restaurants in the area. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh food and pastries. There is also a lovely outdoor pool and nice terrace to relax on.

The only downside is the weak wifi connection, which could be improved.

The location of this hotel is ideal, situated in a quiet street but just a few minutes walk to the main historic center of this charming port town. You can easily explore the old capital of Ciutadella and its beautiful character-filled streets from here. Additionally, the prices are reasonable for the value you receive, with basic amenities in the rooms that match the description. I particularly enjoyed the large terrace in my room, where I could relax and take in the views of the surrounding area. The breakfast included in the rate was a great option, with a variety of local products served.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the charming town of Ciutadella. It is conveniently situated near the beautiful harbour, allowing easy access to the waterfront and all its attractions. Additionally, it is just a short walk to the town center, the bus station, and all the amenities that Ciutadella has to offer. The rooms are clean and quiet, and some even have a view of the swimming pool. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.

There was a minor issue with the housekeeping service, as mentioned in one of the reviews, where the loo roll and soap were not replenished as they should have been.

During my Christmas stay in Menorca, I discovered some great hotels with outstanding features. First, the daily breakfast was amazing and it had plenty of options to satisfy different tastes. the hotel was situated in an excellent area that was very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. I loved being able to walk to some areas in the city and take a cab when I got tired from all the walking. the hotel's staff was incredibly courteous and eager to help.

Despite its many positives, there were a few things that could be improved. the hotel room was quite small, and I found it difficult to move around comfortably - especially with my big luggage.
