Expensive water charges and noisy hallway doors.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet ensured a delightful stay, especially with the convenience of a great location just a short ride from the main train station.

Friendly staff and clean rooms made my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the Vatican and nearby attractions. The bar offered a great variety of drinks. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Breakfast could use more variety. the vegan options were quite limited. Also, the Wi-Fi was unsecured, which raised some concerns about privacy.

the breakfast was just absolutely horrendous, you wouldn’t believe the coffee tasted like tree bark. also, having to deal with such a tight room was not exactly my idea of luxury. I really expected a room upgrade for all my troubles, but alas, that’s too much to ask apparently. almost wrote a good review, but seriously couldn’t.

Ope, the staff here were just wonderful! They always had a taxi ready when we needed it. Loved how comfy the beds were too. those pillows really did the trick. The breakfast was decent, but could've used a better coffee—ya betcha that tree bark stuff just won’t do. That view from the balcony, though. made it all worthwhile!

Wicked close to the Vatican, which was awesome. The room had a cute lil balcony with a partial view of St Peter's dome—just perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. Staff were super helpful too, especially at the front desk. Breakfast had plenty of choices but coulda used some fresh fruit. Still, no complaints on cleanliness—room was sharp!
