The spacious apartment was the best we've ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, even holding our room for an extra night in case we couldn't leave. The hotel is lean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area. The warm and friendly staff helped me find my lost phone. The location and facilities were excellent, and the restaurant was top-notch. We loved the hotel's rooftop terrace, a peaceful garden sanctuary.

As a traveler with a small child, I appreciated the wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff at this hotel. The beds were great and they even had a pullout bed set up for our daughter. The stocked kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to prepare meals for her. The layout of the suite was efficient, with separate TVs in the bedroom and living area. The elevators were spacious and in great condition. it was an ideal stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the Gothic quarter and getting around the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-designed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The renovated 17th century palace was charming and added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop area, where I could unwind with a glass of Cava after a day of sightseeing.

I couldn't have asked for a better value for my money. The room was absolutely stunning, with high-end finishes and even a second bath on the balcony. The location was perfect, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still right in the heart of everything. The staff treated me like royalty, especially Thomas who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Food for breakfast could have been better, but there are plenty of great dining options in the neighborhood.

I loved the fact that the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning, which was a convenient and satisfying way to start the day. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
