loved our stay at the hotel. perfect location with amazing views of the square. close to everything we wanted to see and do. accommodation was clean and comfortable, exceeded our expectations. definitely recommend!

My stay at B&B Hotel was fantastic! The central location was ideal for exploring the city, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking Plaza Mayor. The room was comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast goodies. Despite a minor issue with the check-in process, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect weekend getaway.

I recently stayed at the B&B Hotel in central Madrid for three nights. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with Plaza Mayor just 50m away and the Sol Metro station a short 3-minute walk. The staff were friendly and fluent in English, and the room I stayed in was spacious, sunny, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel also arranged reasonably priced transportation to the airport. a great experience with a good breakfast, lots of nearby restaurants, and a unique interior courtyard view.

We got great value for our money with the B&B Hotel Madrid Centro Plaza Mayor. The room was spacious and the location was fantastic, just off Plaza Mayor and a 2-minute walk to Sol Metro station. The staff treated us kindly and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast alternative in the hotel's bar.

the reception staff were very friendly and the cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping my room spotless throughout my 5-day stay. the room itself was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom. the hotel even provided a goody bag with sweet buns, bread, and water upon arrival, which was a nice surprise. the free coffee/tea/orange juice and fruit available in the hotel was a convenient and thoughtful gesture. the girl named Brenda at reception was particularly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was just a stone's throw away from all the popular tourist spots. I loved being able to walk to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol within minutes, making it super convenient for exploring the city. the rooms were also very clean and cozy, creating a nice atmosphere to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. the staff was incredibly polite and always willing to lend a hand. They even brought a small breakfast to my door every morning, which was such a kind gesture. Plus, the free coffee and fruit at the coffee corner was a nice touch.

The bed was a major disappointment. It sagged so much that I could literally feel where every past guest had slept.

Stayed at B&B Hotel for a weekend trip. Amazing location, just minutes from Sol station and Plaza Mayor. Lovely, spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. Polite and helpful staff who even printed our football tickets. Great value for money and would definitely return and recommend to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The value for money was great and the room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The location of the hotel was brilliant, within easy walking distance of all the interesting places in the city, like the market, Plaza Mayor and the Prado. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The service at this hotel was fantastic! the front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly, and they spoke English too. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was within walking distance to many sites and restaurants, and not too far from the train station either. the rooms were clean and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious compared to other European hotels I've stayed in.

While the room itself was great, the elevator was extremely small and didn't go down to the snack area. the air-conditioning was a bit noisy at times.
