Our room had incredible views of Segovia, with snow-capped mountains in the distance. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The rooftop terrace was a pleasant surprise. Despite a disappointing restaurant experience, I would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel.

When I arrived at this hotel, I immediately felt like royalty. The friendly receptionist welcomed me with open arms and even allowed me to check in earlier than expected. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient to walk to all the main sights. In addition, the staff were extremely helpful, allowing me to use their computer to resolve a lost item issue at the airport.
