The location was perfect for exploring downtown, just steps away from shops and nightlife. The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful, making the stay delightful. The room was clean, spacious, and featured a cozy coffee machine, which was perfect after a long day of adventures.

The parking fee was a bit annoying, but manageable.

Don't miss the Ruby restaurant on-site for delicious meals. the staff are attentive and the ambiance complements a satisfying dining experience.

i almost gave a good review but couldn't because my room was right next to a NOISY elevator—talk about absolute bummers. the reception staff clearly has no clue about their own check-in process, taking ages while i was left waiting. oh, and did i mention the lack of a shuttle service? disgraceful for any half-decent hotel!

You really need to address those ugly air conditioning units!!! The noise from nearby establishments can seriously affect sleep quality. Additionally, the unclean floors in the room were quite off-putting!!! Some slippers would have been nice!!!

Had a fantastic group trip! The hotel was super clean and just a short walk to great spots like the Inner Harbor and City Hall. We enjoyed the fitness room, which was one of the best I’ve seen. Valet parking was easy, and the onsite restaurant had tasty breakfast options. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short stroll from City Hall and the Inner Harbor. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making it easy for us and our large breed dog. We really enjoyed the spacious room and the modern amenities.

the gym had lots of towels and a spray bottle for cleaning 🏋️‍♂️. the location was super central, making it easy to walk everywhere! staff were friendly and really helpful with requests. comfy room with the mini fridge was a plus!

The suite was spacious and had a well-appointed kitchen, perfect for our family of five. Loved the easy-access to local shops!

I recently stayed here and found it to be an excellent base for my city explorations, as it’s just around the corner from chinatown and a lovely short stroll to the beautiful beacon hill park, making it easy to enjoy some nature right after a day of sightseeing. the room was comfortable and the staff were super attentive, always checking in to see if i needed anything.

great location and easy walk to inner harbor! the room was super clean and had a comfy bed. The shower had great water pressure. loved the fast wifi and friendly staff who checked in on us. breakfast at the cafe in the lobby was really tasty and had nice options. valet parking was smooth and easy too.
