This hotel is a great value for money – its prices are very reasonable for the location in the centre of town. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure every basic amenity is taken care of. The rooms are comfy, with beautiful bedding, and some even have a kitchenette. Breakfast is included, which is great.

The rooms are great, but some guests have experienced noise issues due to thin walls and/or exterior noise.

Our room was comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a convenient little kitchen. We requested a quiet room and had no outside noise at all. We will definitely be coming back!

It is easy to access from the main roads and highways. Guests can enjoy a quiet night's sleep in comfortable beds. The staff helps make the experience enjoyable, and the rooms are clean.

The hotel's fantastic location made it easy to walk everywhere, and it was conveniently close to the city buses. The suite was larger than expected, clean, and had modern decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at Ruby's restaurant was generous and delicious. The hotel also provided valet parking and even gave us earplugs for the nearby nightclub.

my recent stay in victoria was amazing, thanks to best western. they exceeded my expectations with a free upgrade to a suite for my baby. the hotel was clean and perfectly located near attractions and restaurants.

Great location, walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond with their service. The rooms were comfortable, with good beds and a nice bathroom. We loved having a little kitchen in our room. Free water bottles were a nice touch!

No breakfast or coffee service offered. The restaurant on site was overpriced and always busy.

Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks to our stay. The room, although clean, felt a bit small and stuffy due to the new decor attempting to appear modern.
