The staff were very friendly and helpful. there is a cafe or restaurant at the other end of the garden area where you can enjoy a meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Casa Jose Diaz is a conveniently located hotel just north of Madrid, making it a great base for exploring the area or catching a ferry to Southern Spain. the hotel is clean and the rooms, although a bit dated, are comfortable. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the free and secure parking is a bonus. the hotel also offers free wifi with excellent reception in the rooms. the bar serves reasonably priced drinks with complimentary tapas, and the breakfast offers good value for money with a variety of food options. the restaurant is elegantly set up and the evening meal served there is superb, with excellent food quality and service.

I loved sitting on the outdoor terrace surrounded by attractive gardens, feeling like a proper lady. Plus, there's a golf course nearby for when I feel like pretending to be sporty. The buffet breakfast had fresh pastries, just what my refined palate appreciates.

Oh, how I enjoyed the easy access to the N-1 Motorway, it made getting away from this hotel a breeze.
