The hotel desk staff were very helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also great, within walking distance of the old town and close to various attractions. The wifi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Vigo.

The breakfast was included and had a good variety of fresh food. the hotel's location was great for exploring the area by foot or hopping on public transport. the staff was friendly and helpful when asked for recommendations. We really enjoyed the comfortable room with a great view from the window.

The parking was a challenge, with a tight access and limited space available. the heating in the room was too hot, made it uncomfortable for us, and we had to ask for a change of room.
