The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious and worth the price. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the metro and bus terminus.

The location of this hotel is perfect, within walking distance from most attractions such as Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's houses, Batllo and Mila, and Arc de Triomf. Additionally, there is a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were excellent and the basic amenities in the rooms were good, especially the rooms on the 6th floor which had a large window and small balcony.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

The walls in the hotel are not soundproof, occasionally causing some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was conveniently situated near a metro station and had plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the friendly and jolly receptionists who made our stay welcoming and enjoyable.

There was no ventilation, resulting in a consistently damp atmosphere, and the lack of windows made the rooms feel closed off from the outside. the bathroom facilities were not well-maintained and lacked proper storage space.

Loved my city break! Excellent extras included in price- free early check in and aircon. Great location, easy walk to top attractions and the beach. Staff were fantastic too, all very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and well worth the money. The staff greeted us warmly and allowed us to leave our bags free of charge while our room was getting prepared. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and transportation options nearby. We were just a few minutes away from the nearest metro station and close to main plazas and bus stops. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
