The staff provided impeccable service and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Moreover, the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. The location is amazing-right in the middle of a bustling street. The hotel staff, especially Ashraf and David, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The room provided excellent amenities, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar, offering delicious food and drinks. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a sun terrace and massage options. the service and comfort at this venue were outstanding.

I recently stayed at Hotel Serhs in the heart of La Rambla for 5 nights during my trip around Spain. The location was absolutely superb, right in the center of La Rambla with restaurants, the metro, and the airport bus nearby. The staff, especially Joy and Desiree at the reception, were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The room, in particular, the Opera suite, was fantastic and fascinating, with 2 rooms. The room was spacious and the bathrobe and slippers provided added an extra touch of luxury. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of options, and the overall experience was exceptional.

One downside of the hotel was that the rooms were not soundproofed, making it quite noisy at night, especially as the hotel is located on a main street. Furthermore, the air conditioner couldn't be controlled, so it got a bit warm in the rooms.
