The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the cable car and ski slope. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view from the private balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. Additionally, the hotel provided lockers for ski gear and had a spa for guests to enjoy.

The WiFi in the room was not very good, although the staff did inform us about it beforehand.

The hotel suffered from a noticeable shortage of staff, and service at both the restaurant and hotel was slow and somewhat hap hazard. language barriers were present throughout the resort, with few employees speaking English, making things difficult at times.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being within walking distance of the Telecabina station. It made it so convenient for me to get to the ski slopes quickly. Secondly, the staff were very helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start my day before hitting the slopes.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel in La Molina. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the slopes, which was great for me and my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were staying in a big family house. The room was comfortable, although a radiator to dry wet gloves would have been a nice addition. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to the train station when we left, which made our departure stress-free. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

For the price we paid, we got a great value. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. The location was convenient, close to the ski slopes and within walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. The staff, especially the helpful reception lady, went above and beyond to assist us with our needs and provide recommendations for activities in the area.

One small improvement that could be made to the morning meal is to ensure better organization to avoid confusion.
