I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with soft colors and pretty windows. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offered a delicious continental breakfast with plenty of options. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area. The hotel offers top-notch service, impeccable cleanliness, and a prime location.

The location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and cafes. it was easy to navigate around the city from this location. the breakfast served on the terrace was really enjoyable and filling. the hotel also had secure cycle storage with bike stands, track pumps and tools which was really convenient for those who came for a cycling trip.

The cleanliness was not up to par, which was a letdown. the housekeeper was quite annoying at times, as she kept throwing away food without permission and moving our stuff from its original location.

On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly young lady named Catiene at this charming, old-fashioned hotel. She went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging for someone to carry our bags to our spacious and well-appointed room. We were particularly touched by her kindness towards our elderly relative. Conveniently located near the station, Son Cleda is the perfect base for exploring the island. the staff, including Catiana and Felip, were always helpful, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts overlooking the main square. This was our third stay and certainly won't be our last!
